Amy Justice-Apley | West Region Director of Business Development

Amy Justice-Apley is the Director of Business Development for the West Region. Amy is responsible for establishing subcontracting and staff augmentation partnerships with customers within the Aviation, Aerospace, Defense, and Security industries. She is focused on securing customer relationships that align with Talentscale’s mission of employing qualified Veterans to meet our customer’s staffing needs.

Prior to joining Talentscale, Amy had nine years of staffing experience in the public and private industries. Her expertise includes engineering, architecture, construction management, skilled trades, accounting and finance, and operations positions. Amy has been a top producer throughout her career and she has been chosen on multiple occasions to lead and mentor new salespeople across the United States. In previous roles, Amy was tasked to start up brand new territories on three different occasions in the Sacramento and Central Valley Markets, during which time she established over 25 new clients every year. Amy has earned several awards during her nine years of staffing industry experience including four annual Top Producer Awards and an "Impact Player of The Year” Award.

Steve Doda

Steve Doda | East Region Director of Business Development

Steve Doda is the Director of Business Development for the East Region. Steve is responsible for establishing subcontracting and staff augmentation partnerships with customers within the Aviation, Aerospace, Defense, and Security industries. He is focused on securing customer relationships that align with Talentscale’s mission of employing qualified Veterans to meet our customer’s staffing needs.  Prior to joining Talentscale, Steve was an Account Executive at Aerotek for 9 ½ years in San Diego, CA and Newport News, VA with duties including business development, recruiting, office operations, and recruiter development/training.  Steve specialized in supporting clients with talent acquisition programs for skilled trades, light technical, engineering, and software engineering/embedded systems skill sets.  Steve developed one of the first OCONUS support programs at Aerotek and supported multiple government agencies including the Marine Corps, Navy, Army, Transportation Security Administration, and the Department of Homeland Security.  He also supported the Veteran community through volunteer work with VetNet/Working Wardrobes to provide transitioning veterans with career services and guidance. 

Before working with Aerotek, Steve served as a Sergeant in the Marine Corps and deployed to Iraq three times with the 11th MEU and 1st MLG supporting Operations Iraqi Freedom/Enduring Freedom in Fallujah, Najaf, and Ad Diwaniyah.  His roles include Fire Control Instrument Repair, Platoon Sergeant, Training NCO, RAC Team Inspector, Marksmanship Instructor, and Martial Arts Instructor.  Sergeant Doda’s awards include the Navy & Marine Corps Achievement Medal (with 1 star), Sea Service Deployment Ribbon (with 3 stars), Iraq Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal (Iraq), Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal (Southern Watch), 5 Certificates of Commendation/Appreciation, and 2 meritorious NCO promotions among others.

Danny Haefliger

Daniel Haefliger | Central Region Director of Business Development

Daniel Haefliger is the Director of Business Development for the Central Region.  Daniel is responsible for establishing subcontracting and staff augmentation partnerships with customers within the Aviation, Aerospace, Defense, and Security industries. He is focused on securing customer relationships that align with Talentscale’s mission of employing qualified Veterans to meet our customer’s staffing needs.

Daniel has been in the staffing industry for over 15 years.  A native of California, he moved to Texas over a decade ago to help rebuild the Professional Services division of a large staffing company in the Dallas market. His main duties were to assist in hiring, training, and he was a divisional mentor and subject matter expert (SME) for the Central Region.  He negotiated contracts with multiple Fortune 500 companies and his success lead to numerous accolades and multiple President Cup wins.
